Customer stories

  • Soracom is a developer-friendly connectivity solution that is easily scalable. The platform is straightforward to deploy and is known for its applications to global infrastructure.

Our team developed a voice of customer program and library of sales enablement collateral to help Soracom educate and inform its English-speaking market about its product value proposition.

This market education powered demand generation and growth infrastructure that eventually supported the company’s IPO on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. See the library here, and an example story here.

  • Two weeks after California announced a lockdown due to COVID-19, following its merger with Hortonworks, this 2,500+ person global cloud company needed to change the course of their internal communications.

The pandemic followed multiple major HR shifts including layoffs and a global restructuring due to a company merger.

To help stabilize the organization, Astoundly developed a cultural resilience strategy, crisis response framework, and internal communications system to help the organization adapt.

Employees reported an improved feeling of being supported at work and demonstrated a higher level of engagement as a result. Executives gained confidence in the efficacy and clarity of their messaging.

  • Dun and Bradstreet is one of the largest finance and risk technology companies in the world. More than 90% of the Fortune 500 rely on the integrity of its solutions.

As AI/ML began gaining prominence as ‘must-have’ technology, D&B needed to refresh its product marketing collateral, to help Fortune 500 risk, compliance, and analytics leaders respond to time-sensitive geopolitical challenges.

Three business units within the company, including an in-house team of macroeconomists, worked with Astoundly to develop materials for product education and industry thought leadership.

In addition to developing messaging that helped the company pull ahead as a market-leading solution, the economics research we conducted was presented to institutions and executives around the world—an outcome that we did not expect going into the process.

See one of our guides to creating a data-rich customer profile, tailored to chief marketing officers who operate in high-risk sectors. We also recommend that you take a look at our 2017 economic outlook for CFOs.

  • aeSolutions is a process safety consulting firm with a history specializing in the petrochemical industry, transitioning into other sources of energy (i.e. hydrogen, geothermals).

Together with our ecosystem partner RedIron PR, Astoundly developed a systems-based approach to market education and media relations.

By capturing insights from internal subject matter experts, we created and distributed targeted educational content to key audiences across the control systems sector. See an example resource here. In total, we produced a library of 10.

  • Kodiak Solutions is a healthcare financial management company specializing in revenue cycle, reporting, and risk. More than 2,000 hospitals and care providers rely on Kodiak’s technology to operate.

Following its spinout from Crowe LLP and majority investment by TPG Capital, the company began a major brand transformation to reflect its independence and evolving market position.

Working closely with the CMO and revenue teams, we refined Kodiak’s messaging for financial and technical audiences, shaped the narrative and programming for the company’s annual customer, conference, and created an information taxonomy that connected positioning to Kodiak’s revenue model. Our work supported a fast, coordinated rebrand across platforms—ensuring message consistency for CFOs, finance teams, and private equity stakeholders.

See our messaging work here, our multimedia work here, and a media relations push that we operationalized here. Currently, we are helping educate Kodiak’s market about the integration of AI into healthcare finance.

  • A leading climate investment firm needed a unified content strategy to communicate its impact across policymakers, investors, and industry leaders—balancing technical rigor with accessible storytelling.

Astoundly helped architect a high-performing editorial system across 20+ contributors and 5 agencies. Our work streamlined reporting, strengthened cross-team execution, and elevated narrative clarity—contributing to increased engagement and a successful LP fundraising effort.

Our work increased engagement by 30%, and global LPs shared that they had a better understanding of the fund’s investment thesis as a result of this collaboration.

  • Zephyr Peacock India Growth Fund is a private equity firm backing small and mid-sized enterprises across India in sectors like financial services, infrastructure, and agriculture.

To support its $100M third fundraise, we worked with Zephyr’s communications team to simplify its narrative and design materials that linked key KPIs with deeper portfolio storytelling.

The result was a clear, compelling pitch that contributed to a successful raise and positioned the firm for its fourth fund.

  • This startup is one of the leading technology providers for lawyers across North America. When the company received an invitation to co-author a legal trends report with Cal Lawyers, one of the two Bar Associations in California, they reached out to us for help with research, partnership-building, narrative strategy, and content development.

What people say…

Dhanush Balachandran, founder and CEO at Sortly

"Astoundly helped us tell Sortly's story to the world and the results have been spectacular. On top of being expert marketers, they are also great ‘connectors’ of people. We are very fortunate to have known and worked with them.”
